I've been having a break from the blog. But now I'm back. The last few weeks have been all about making plans for the coming year. Nothing so trite as resolutions, of course: a long history of failure has taught me to avoid those.

I'd like to share a lesson I've learned over the past weeks: never trust an obviously greedy man, especially when he repeatedly tells you that he is not greedy.
