Wireless apres-ski

Saturday, April 02, 2005

There's a taxi coming in about 5 hours and I haven't finished packing yet. The big decision is whether to take a laptop. I checked and there is some wifi access in Megeve but my skiing is not really of a standard to allow blogging while on-piste. And off-piste? Well, there's other things to be doing.

So, on the whole, then, I'm leaning towards an email- and internet-free week on the slopes. Of course, if the snow disappears and I'm faced with a walking holiday instead, I'm going to be sorry I left all access at home. I guess there's always the internet cafe. Is there an internet cafe in Megeve?
