NTL still deserves this

The acerbic letter of complaint displayed here was sent in 2001. Five years on, NTL seems to have made no progress as far as customer service is concerned. I have had a recent 'debate' with them also - albeit on a single aspect of their service - and the upshot was, quite simply, that they ignored me. If I didn't have my phone, TV, and broadband all in one package, allied to the fact that BT will have failed to improve at much the same rate, I would be off like a shot.
