Partially wrong - there, I've said it!

I was wrong about the Marriott, it appears. However, they only let Skype Zones access their wireless in the public areas and not in the board rooms. Go figure. What is good news is that Skype Zone is available at the Dalmahoy (also Marriott, unfortunately) outside Edinburgh. The Dalmahoy, of course, is home to the Hearts and Scotland teams before games and also home to the Stewart family when they venture north.
Not that we tend to bring good luck with us for either side. The last time we arrived the Hearts manager, George Burley, was in the dining room telling the team he was leaving. The time before that we were awoken by a fire alarm in the wee small hours and sent out to the damp and cold car park. The Scotland team, hours begore a rugby World Cup quarter final with the All Blacks, were also out there. They had the benefit of a team bus, however. As we stood shivering in the darkness we were invited on to the bus (for the sake of the 'bairns'). This moment did more to shape Sean's future as a Scotland great than anything I may have said or done, I feel.
