Bush is having a bad time in the opinion polls. Only 33% appear to approve of the job he is doing. That still seems a very big number to me but I guess they must just be the recipients of tax cuts or Haliburton executives, along with their friends and families.

If the rating drops a couple more points Bush will be the first president in US history whose popularity matches his IQ.
